🥂 Gallery Soirée Package — $500+ (Up to 30 Guests)

Ideal For: Baby showers, engagement parties, bridal showers, book clubs, retirement parties, hobby clubs, family reunions, graduation parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or casual mixers

Includes:

  • Up to 3-hour access to a dedicated gallery section

  • 2 complimentary bottles of wine

✨ Curator’s Circle Package — $1,000+ (Up to 50 Guests)

Ideal For: Birthdays, anniversaries, customer appreciation events, holiday parties, fundraisers, corportate event or networking gatherings

Includes:

  • Up to 4-hour after-hours gallery rental

  • 4 complimentary bottles of wine

  • Optional full gallery closure (+$500)

 

 

💫 Masterpiece Gala Package — $3,000+ (Up to 150 Guests)

Ideal For: Weddings, Galas, Civic Events or large-scale celebrations

Includes:

  • Up to 5-hour full gallery rental

  • Overnight setup available

  • 6 complimentary bottles of wine

🛠 What’s Included

  • Pre- and post-event cleaning

  • 1-hour setup before the event + 1-hour cleanup after

  • Additional time available at $150/hour

  • Staffing: 1 bartender and 1 event assistant

  • Furnishings: 4 high-top tables, 4 six-foot tables, 30 chairs, and benches

  • Ambience: Existing art displays and standard gallery lighting

🍷 Alcohol Policy

  • Beer and wine must be purchased through Starry Night Gallery

  • Corkage fee: $150

​

🛡 Insurance & Liability

  • $1,000,000 in event liability insurance required

  • Please name Starry Night Gallery as an additional insured

  • Host is responsible for any damages incurred during the event

​

💳 Booking & Payment

  • Nonprofit organizations may request discounted pricing

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date

  • Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable
