My Story

My name is Lei from Beijing, China.  Currently I am an artist that lives in Daytona Beach, FL. I love to travel and have visited more than 300 cities in more than 40 countries so far. I have been to most of the major world famous museums. My favorites are probably the Louvre in Paris, the Hermitage in St. Petersburg and the MET in New York City. My watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings usually start with a favorite photograph from a recent trip, then evolve into compositions in which scenery is the primary subject. To me, art is a synthesis of my personal feelings and the subjects that inspire me and my materials and techniques. Serenity and simplicity are my primary goals.​I love to share my works with the community and enjoy each moment in life. I also incorporate my knowledge of Fengshui into my art. I love to bring positive energy, happiness, and bold colors to people’s lives.​​
