I grew up in the northeast on a small farm and started drawing and painting at a very early age.  Art was a primary focus through school and I went on to study graphic design in Florida.  While building a graphic design studio I continued to paint and illustrate for  commercial and personal clients.  With the encouragement from world renowned society of illustrators hall of fame artist, Joe Bowler and some other mentors, my fine art blossomed through commissions and gallery sales.  More recently painting has become a full-time pursuit taking to the road and sharing my work at art festivals and shows nation-wide.

My passion in art started with a love of wildlife and grew with travel and time to landscapes. Color pushing the narrative with art that appears as realism from a distance and Impressionism up close. Driven by a desire to bring spectacular setting to canvas for all to see and enjoy, and hopefully passing along a connection of reverence and appreciation of nature to others.
