Ann Heilbron is an Orlando based artist who explores her creative energies in her home based art space.  After retiring from her career as a hospice case worker in 2020 she had an overwhelming urge to paint. Using primarily acrylics, she enjoys creating art that is colorful and filled with texture.  She likes her pieces to draw the viewer up close for a better look at the canvas.   She is particularly drawn to textures, patterns and shapes in the natural landscape and uses this as inspiration in her work. She enjoys creating abstract, landscape, floral, collage, and alcohol ink pieces.  Ann has shown her work in numerous shows Central Florida.  Find her online @anniemonkee.
